A few weeks ago I was interviewed as a guest on the "Women of Golf" podcast. The host, Ted J. Odorico talks to me about my career on the Symetra Tour and I share a little bit about how I got started as a professional player. Ted also asks me about what I wish I knew then and what I would have done differently.

My segment starts at the halfway mark, although I highly recommend listening to Kim Kaufman talking about tour life and her recent win.

Enjoy!

All the best,

Rebecka

PS. When I played the Symetra Tour in 2006-2008, it was called the Duramed Futures Tour.  The top 5 players would earn their LPGA card at the end of the season. Since Symetra’s inaugural sponsorship year in 2012, the Symetra Tour has grown from 16 tournaments and $1.7 million in prize money to $4 million in prize money awarded over the course of 24 tournaments.

PS 2. The two pics (above and below) are from a tour event in McAllen, Texas in 2008. The first round I shot 68 and had 8 birdies! One of my best rounds for sure.
